What is Viral key in Zynga Treasure Isle
Hello I am playing this game from long time and I have like this game so much but recently I have found I am not able to get return gifts the last few days and I am notified with message saying “viral key". I have seen mine inventory but I have not got any "viral key" items. So I just need to know what “viral key” is.

Even I am getting lots of viral key in the past few months, according to me viral key is used unlock items like blue chest etc on the game.

One of my neighbors emailed support about the viral keys. and he got an email back saying that they were the blue keys to open the blue chests! Just proves that they don't know what's going on. I'm really starting to believe that this game is being forgotten in favor of the new and more popular games.
