First impression of Need for Speed The Run demo
I just played the demo and really enjoyed it. The only problem is that it is too limited, but other than that, I am very likely to buy when it's released next month. Going to be bored doing the same two tracks though, I think there must be something else added to keep players busy for a while until we launch the game.

First play through, my friend is playing and my impression is in this game: the cars are slow.... handling is good, although not nearly as good as the chase. Controls "feel" hard, awkward. When I hit the brake, the view switches to close and when I hit the turbo, changes in the distance. Completely irrational, confusing, and makes me a little sick. If you go off the road for a second or accident at any time step counter is reset to 0, even though people are behind you pass and then have to spend 10 people.

Well, I'm impressed by the aggressive AI. They really like to block and make the corners as difficult as possible. I also realized that the easier it is hardly slower than your opponents are. I started hard. After a few races I decided to go to Normal. So easy Second shave every time I went lower. Demonstration in general is very fun and waiting for the full game. Great game, the only thing I dislike is the handling. It's a bit fussy, but I got used to it. I'm going with the flow kind of guy, so I'm not the best person to be giving a review of the game.

I just hope that there is a menu button assignment; I really prefer the maps and B button to brake, which is what I use. So using the wheel, to my surprise it worked pretty well in a large dead zone as it had in HP2010.But for me was even more difficult to use the X button for the handbrake. The only thing that I realize that seemed to use the parking brake (with wheel) that sent the car skidding, but it could be because it keeps down-time because it is so difficult for me.

The graphics are not as good, especially considering all the hype about the engine freeze 2. Upset that he could not change my controls to a more comfortable (which are better than not being well in the real game, all previous NFS has had control of the mapping, I hope to have this too). Camera view was simply an unnecessary nuisance, and I hope you have an option to disable zoom all the rubbish in the final version. Only makes the game much less enjoyable for me. The game drive / gameplay were not bad. The car felt heavy and realistic enough. AI was also good, in fact act as if you want to avoid ahead of them.

This is the impression of mine in this game and graphics. I played the race at 720p, saw a lot of jagged edges and falls on the frame rate, frostbite2 impressive lighting also creates shadows on the title screen showing that injections of the different environments that you can see parts of Chicago, and the plains of Nebraska, while also its cargo the entire route of the race and how their separate San Francisco to New York (we are in a time boys, long-term). Cars and handling well, so I was able to drive the Lamborghini Balboni and Porsche Carrera S. first Lambo I'm a fan, but I have to say that Lambo handles quite well, while the Porsche can be a bit fussy and very strong yet, I suppose that every car has its own personality and manipulation. While this is not Boys drift boom, the game could offer the same design as the persecution of 2010, but the handling is much more realistic, more narrow and technical and depending on the car can be very tough and demanding, sometimes I can say that the way it was capable of cornering felt like the chase, but about 2 more realistic honestly Porsche unleashed in a way, the cars seem slow at times unless you pick up speed, I found the impulse to spice things up and pay what led to the first question, the camera.

Re: First impression of Need for Speed The Run demo
So I finally played the demo. I tested in both easy and difficult for both cars and I'm impressed. There is certainly a better sense of speed I have with the demo and definitely Hot Pursuit Shift 2. Graphs: They are not bad. Now I know that several people have complained but I admit I've been playing RPGs old PSX games lately, so I'm not the best person to really judge. I have to say that the dust clouds and snow are better than Shift 2, but the overall graphics look a little further down. The crash animations are absolutely beautiful and I enjoyed seeing a Shelby Daytona Coupe accident in vehicle traffic was demolished just for me. Menus: Since then I've kept an eye to change how good the menu is. Shift 2 is a definite improvement but could still be difficult to treat. These are possibly the best menus I've seen since leaving NFS Most Wanted or Carbon. They are fresh, clean and simple. I like it.

I am very impressed. Will I play this game as often as Shift 2? Not in the long run. I see that the legs of that game. I see it more as one of my PSX games. It's something I'm going to chip away continuously until you hit on the highest difficulty and then I will keep for a while and back to back at a later date. It's a game that I have a tendency to keep around for a long time though because it really gave me the best sense of the crazy speed yet. As a demonstration, was better than any change and better than Hot Pursuit.

The graphics in racing events are excellent! The shade, sense of speed, detail corners and banks are all very well done! Graphs before and after the racing events are not good. Very nervous at points and not enough detail elsewhere. A bit disappointed with that. I do not know if this is because this is the demo, but I did expect impeccable graphics throughout the game (before, during and after racing events).
