Ideas for Football Manager 2013
This could be a separate game mode or a link to the original gameplay, basically, the ability to manage and U-18 players to explore for the club to see them grow and improve and potentially make their way into the first team the opportunity to work your way up the U-18 to manage the reserves or first team or to get from one point of the first management team to a reserve or the position of Under-18 within the same management club or a club most reputable and try to work your way in a most reputable club. Also, if you make enough money in leadership positions the opportunity to buy a club as president and be able to hire managers to invest money, build stadiums, brings several events for the stadium and hiring of staff and senior executives and other charges.

In my opinion is a terrible idea. No doubt some people would love it. Less than 18 years in the reserves and first team manager would take forever to get. It does not really happen in real life either. With few exceptions, of course. Role of president is very effective, as the Sims. Build stadiums? Plural? How many do you want? Hiring chief executives? Why? Let's stick to Football Manager.

I think the thought of his work is great, but in football there are not many managers who start booking and managing U-18 teams earlier than moving to the first team. Concerning the second thought, the Football Manager game would not be more that would be Chairman of Football. Yes I think the approach is that they prefer to work in the current game, which sells very well and is nominated for the awards year after year, instead of adding new things to make it a completely different game.

I see nothing wrong with that - a manager under 18 years is still a football coach, and is just another race, as the management of the England Under-21. I am not sure about a chairman since that does not really do much (the chairman’s tend to spend only a portion of their working day with the club - others spend time on other boards, or advisory functions of the charity). Director of Football, however, would be an elegant addition for those who want to manage the transfers, but not necessarily the games.

Just some suggestions that I like about the U-18 one more because I think being able to explore the players when their children and see them grow in the first team would be a good addition I've been playing FIFA 12 resonant and find myself only Siming parties do not worry about the first team only wanted my youth team to develop and carry through a future star, as I said these additions do not have to go with the original gameplay that could be other than it starts from the bottom and can themselves up so they do not affect the game itself just adding another challenge to the game.

Who would have thought would have been able to make adding tone that is something that I thought they have taken time to create, but have made that I am just put everything that I think would be a good addition, obviously, is not something that people want in the game for the game itself will probably not inserted, but the point of a suggestion is to obtain information on whether people like or dislike, if there was any suggestion that the game will remain the same

A manager at age 18 is more realistic with very different goals - its objective is to ensure that youth development is strong. A manager at age 18 is expected to have notched their best players for his "father" of the team (s), but must be able to adapt. A manager at age 18 could have a deeper level of control and analysis of trialists and youth providers and might even be able to organize such independent transfers of the first manager of the team. A manager at age 18 might have some goals of his "father" managers (i.e., the first team manager wants young people not to rely on his pace much, so that their work is focused on getting the best of the most extreme possibility of technical, but slower than the administrator of the parents will not choose Theo Walcott Mk. II without great reason). A great manager below 18 you may take control of a club that has a very talented academy needs to lead you through the creation of the next generation. And so on.

i have not released the best I could and challenging is not the best idea in the world, but a suggestion to remove all trash, like the idea of chairman and focus mainly on the idea of youth, because I think that is what my idea was that if you can handle the U-18 on FM now, but it is not the same as the first team management, I believe improve the features you can manage the Sub-18 or reserves and make it more realistic about how you would manage a football club director wouldn’t "Just do not turn around and say I'm going on vacation for the first team I want to manage the U-18 games, but if you were assigned to that role would make it more realistic and improve functionality so you can go to explore the local youth clubs and carry through a variety of talents to progress to first team.

The major trouble with the thought it would be very limited by the child labor laws, the youngest ever have a young player in Europe in FM is 16, apart from that they have for 3 seasons earlier than being too old to your computer, it would just be a bit pointless really. I could def see the benefits if the laws were different and younger children may be included, but at the time that would be just a bit of a waste really.
