New Guard Tower is locked in Zynga CastleVille
I am playing the game on 22 levels and then also that is showing me that it is locked. I am having 1 of each royal building but just have 2 maiden towers and barracks. Can you tell me that why this is locked and what is the way to get this problem resolved.

I think that this might be new and that is the reason that it is kept locked. Other than this, it is also possible that this is a glitch and it will be resolved by zynga soon. There is one possibility with this and that is unlocking them is associated with the future quest which can be added later.

If you see then you will find that there has been some modification n the number of Wizard, Opera Houses, Cathedrals and Observatories you are permitted to have, from 2 to 1 "at this level" which is the similar level I had while I built 2 and opera houses before the "improvements". That puts anyone who wasn't elevated enough to previously have 2 at a very big difficulty, especially if you require having a higher CL for opening new areas.

I would like to tell you that if you go to the Royal buildings in the market and hover over them with your cursor that's what it tells you. I am almost ready to level up to build the cathedral so I'll know for sure then if I'm only able to build one. A lot of my neighbors who are only a little bit ahead of me already have two.

People have been screaming regarding the lack of space for weeks. I am glad for some new quests, but not sure I'm going to do them if they require putting more buildinigs. I refuse to cram all my buildings together. I want a visually pleasing kingdom. One I can actually walk around in, and enjoy playing in. I don't want a mishmash of chaos. Shouldn't they have given us the option to store the holiday tree and gift before doing this new building thing?

I have set the guard tower in with some trees along with the log cabin, the mines, etc. This looks good also over in that area.
