According to me, I suppose that the modern model were chosen because It wasn't even canon until haters had to grumble regarding a simple model modification. And don't get me on track on how they say that he acts totally unlike by easy gestures along with his smiles. I in fact hope he's an not obligatory costume in Episode II just so they could shut up for once. But if you just favor the model, then I will not concern in your case.

I believe that it's a Modern game and that why the modern model was chosen and, specially for Episode 2, since Episode 1 (a Modern game) previously has them. It could be also fact that they just brought back the characteristic design to celebrate the 20th.

They have made choice for modern model because the game is latest and should make use of the most recent design. Also it could be an visual identity standard. They made use of it in the same model for Sonic Advance 1-3, Sonic Rush, along with Sonic Rush Adventure.

People don’t find any issues with modern Sonic's design, but truthfully do find it a bit odd that the previous edition wasn't used in what was supposed to be a direct follow-up to the original games. That would have made additional sense compared with the Sonic Generations idea, imo. the modern design is the slightest of Sonic 4's issues , but it still would had been pleasant if the game had the classic model elective to make use of.

In my case, I consider that it is a far superior look for Sonic. If they grumble regarding this, then that is absurd. Episode 1's standing model appeared to be amazing. I found myself standing at the beginning of the level at times just to look at it. We received a Black Eyed, Chubby, Short Spined, character-like sonic in Sonic Generations, as a result the trolls should be contented.

I find it humorous how SEGA kept saying it's a "classic experience" and that it was "aimed at the retro audience" while Colours is intended at the "casual" spectators as well as yet Colours is additionally of a Classic Sonic game than perpetually will be. Level design along with physics - heck, the character design was added potbellied along with addition of the classic feel.

i imagine that the modern model its additional cool in contrast to the classic fatty modern sonic and i love classic sonic but modern sonic appears additionally cool. Because since they came up with that look, that's been Sonic's look, as well as Sonic Team favors him in that approach Must be. To me Sonic 4 will never sense like a appropriate follow-up with that ungainly, leggy streak of in it. While I warmed to Modern Sonic a little in Colours as well as Generations, I'll never turn out to be a fan since he's not my Sonic. i.e. the one that should have been in Sonic 4. I don't mind what model they make use of but if SEGA states that it's a "classic" experience, they have to stick to their statement, not then suddenly attempt to reel in a younger spectators halfway .

Modern Sonic was chosen for the reason that Sega too required to exert a pull on younger gamers by giving them something recognizable, even though the target audience was allegedly one who felt superior on the way to Classic Sonic. To me, it doesn't actually matter, but I can will say that Sega should stop kidding themselves if they believe that Sonic 4 demands only to the classic enthusiasts. This game is for the fanbase at large.
